  • Do you have trained technicians?

    • ECSC has qualified technicians, trained by manufacturers in both Flexible and Rigid Endoscopy.

FLEXIBLE :  ECSC ranks higher than any other Endoscopy Repair Facility,  due to it’s experience & capability of re-wiring  CCD chips of a  flexible endoscope, a rare and gifted skill that only a handful of technicians in North America possess. This skill itself can save you significant money. Most repair facilities recommend replacement, and replacement is almost the cost of the scope itself. We have the technology & experience to re-wire most CCD Chips or if the CCD Chip is totalled we can replace it with another.

RIGID: What stands ECSC out from the rest, is our experience with re-builds’ ( re-tube and fiber ) e have mastered the art of precision and crystal clear image upon return.  Objective lens glued and soldered, Eye-piece housing and Insertion tube laser welded. In addition, our finished product is very similar to its original and is often complimented by bio-medical engineers.  We take pride in our quality workmanship.

  • Do the technicians have experience?

    • The advantage of using ECSC's technicians is that, we are skillful in not only one manufacturer's product, but various different manufacturers, and have over 10 years of hand-on experience of servicing and repairing.

  • Would scopes be repaired to manufacturer's standards?

    • ECSC will ensure that each scope repaired will meet manufacturers specifications.

  • What about sales?

    • All of our equipment is covered under our 2-day Satisfaction Guarantee**. If our equipment is delivered in less than acceptable condition as represented during the sales process, we will either replace, repair or refund your money immediately. All sales are final.

  • What about references?

    • ECSC is DOTmed Certified, DOTmed Certification Requirements are: "Three references who have business dealings with the applicant for at least over 1 year and can vouch for his or her INTEGRITY, HONORABILITY AND PROFESSIONALISM. Apart from Dotmed references, ECSC will provide references upon request. 

  • Would manufacturers parts be used in each repair?

    • ECSC parts are made with utmost accuracy and care by trained and experienced personnel. Our part suppliers are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN 46001. We receive both the most recent technical support and the most accurate parts that meet all manufacture's specification.
